SignComp is pleased to share that it is an official partner of Great Ormond Street Hospital charity.

Around 750 seriously ill children and young people are seen at Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH) from all over the UK on a daily basis. Every year, SignComp donates a percentage of its profits to the extraordinary charity.

By supporting the hospital, they are able to fund 4 key areas:

  • Research into children's health

  • Support for families and children

  • Life-saving medical equipment

  • Rebuild and refurbish patient-centred spaces

GOSH has been fighting to give children the chance for a better future for over two centuries. Since opening its doors in 1852, GOSH has always depended on charitable support. Whilst it became part of the NHS in 1948 who help to run the day-to-day running costs of the hospital, GOSH still relies heavily on the support of people and organisations to provide the best care, expertise and facilities.

From opening the UK's first Leukaemia Research Unit in the 1960s, to undertaking the world's first stem cell supported tracheal transplant in a child, and developing the world's first gene therapy trial, GOSH has been at the forefront of countless innovations.

SignComp strives to deliver exceptional products and services, with a focus on innovation. Building strong relationships is at the core of SignComp's company culture, as well as being committed to making a positive impact on society. This partnership with GOSH is another step in achieving that goal.
